Located on Stradun, near Rector's Palace, this brunch spot is one of the most popular in Dubrovnik, due to its location. It is the perfect spot to stop by after all the walking and sightseeing in the Old Town, or after a hike outside the city. The place offers rich breakfast served from 8 am till 12 am. You can choose from an Energy boosting breakfast, English breakfast, Continental breakfast, french toast, waffles, pancakes, omelets and many other tasty dishes. Meat lovers can enjoy anything from their burger or pizza menu, starting with chicken nuggets, chicken tortilla wraps and chicken wings.

If you prefer seafood, don't miss out on the fish and chips, and if you want to indulge, by all means, try their oysters and fried calamari. Finally, you can wash that delicious brunch down with a glass of wine, local beer, or freshly squeezed juices. Gradska Kavana Arsenal

Located on Dubrovnik's main square Luza, near Sponza Palace in the Old Town, Gradska Kavana Arsenal makes for a great place to visit and enjoy your brunch. If you are there in the morning, try their breakfast Orlando. Panorama Restaurant & Bar

For brunch with a breathtaking view of the Old City walls, Lapad Bay and the surrounding islands head to Panorama Restaurant & Bar. You can't really miss it when you take the cable car up to Srd Hill. This spot is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner serving Mediterranean cuisine, homemade cakes an exquisite list of local and international wine and great cocktails.

If you are there in time for brunch, you can choose anything from their light lunch menu. The menu offers a variety of sandwiches and salads as well as cold dishes, hot starters and of course, seafood. If you want to experience luxury dining, this is the place to be. The Michelin starred restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of the Old Town, just a 3 min walk from Rector's Palace. Set in a gorgeous 15-century townhouse, inside the Prijeko Palace hotel, Stara Loza features three dining areas: the Prijeko street terrace is a great choice to enjoy your morning coffee and croissant, the elegant restaurant on the third floor of the building, and a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the charming Old Town.

Stara Loza combines mixes from Croatian, Italian and Asian influence to deliver one-of-a-kind flavors that will make customers come back for more. Breakfast is served from 8 am and you will find a large selection starting with avocado bruschetta, fennel bread, fruit salad, yogurt, omelets, or octopus gnocchi and grilled squid for lunch, all beautifully presented and expertly served by the waiters. Prices start around $12 for appetizers, up to about $55 for a seafood platter for two. Portions are not meant for someone looking to overfill their belly. TuttoBene Pizzeria & Fast Food, Burger Bar

From hungry day-tripping tourists to locals looking for a bite to eat in their lunch hour, this pizza restaurant is a must visit in Dubrovnik. There are three locations: in the Old Town, in Lapad and Srebreno - Zupa Dubrovacka. As the name suggests, this is where you will find premium fast food meals including their special in-house fries, pizza, pasta, burgers, chicken wings, tortilla, BBQ pork ribs, salads and sandwiches.

Vegetarian dishes include lasagna vegetarian, four cheese pizza and pasta, vegetarian tortillas, salads, pasta vegetables, pizza vegetariana and more! If you are a fan of Mexican cuisine, this is the perfect spot. One of the many restaurants located in the historic city, this place offers breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. The menu features mouthwatering Mexican dishes like chips and guacamole, chicken fajitas, chicken tacos and chicken enchiladas. Combined with tequila, refreshing cocktails, house wine, or coffee and lemonade, Mex Cantina Bona Fide is sure to satisfy your hunger any time of the day.

SNEK by coNGo

This cocktail wine tapas bar is a perfect place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Located in the Old Town's center, Snek by coNgo serves delicious breakfast from 7 am till 2 pm, salads from 12 am till 10 pm and tapas from 2 pm till 10 pm. Food not to miss from their breakfast menu are their tasty croissants with homemade marmalade, butter and fresh fruit, salmon bruschetta, all kinds of omelets, chia pudding, granola bowl, or protein pancakes.

Starting at about $10 for a hearty breakfast, prices here are reasonable, especially when you take into account the restaurant's location.

Taj Mahal Old Town

Don't let the name full you - this place doesn't serve Indian food, but rather delicious Bosnian dishes. There are two locations: one is in the Old Town's back alleys and the other one in the up-town part of the city. Whichever one you choose, rest assured you will enjoy.

If you know Bosnian cuisine, then you know it is all about meat. However, the Taj Mahal menu has a little bit of something for everyone including vegetarians, vegans and they have a small special menu for kids too. For breakfast, you can taste some of the traditional Bosnian pastries like burek (baked filled pastry dough with minced meat), spinach pie and cheese pie, or some of their special offers like the Mac Mac sandwich made with flatbread, veal, kajmak, and roasted potato.

Prices range from $8 and up, and you are not only getting delicious good quality dishes but large portions too. While brunching, indulge in a glass of house wine and complete your meal with their traditional dessert-homemade baklava, often on the house.

Cafe Festival

This historic cafe bar and restaurant is another great brunch spot to visit during your stay in Dubrovnik. It is located on the main thoroughfare, Stradun, near the Franciscan monastery in the heart of Dubrovnik’s historic city. They offer continental breakfast, eggs prepared in different ways, light snacks, salads, burgers, club sandwiches, and vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
